Fatique & Potassium

I am completely losing my mind these days. Yesterday I went to bed around 8:30 if I waited that late and slept unitl 6AM. Now it is almost 4PM and I'm just as tired as I was yesterday. I have been completely neglecting my potassium pills, which I think is probably the problem. I need to get it into my system because it is making me completely sluggish.

On a better note, the slightest compliment is making my day go a lot better. This morning someone said they liked my hair. From a complete stranger. Now I need to add weight loss to the list. I want my old office to think they were causing me to pack on and keep on the pounds. LOL

lack of potassium will definatly cause you to be sleepy, i was taking something called Potassium Bicarb-Citric Acid tablets when i had those same symptoms and they worked great

symptoms of too little potassium in your blood can also be tiredness, weakness, nausea, sleepiness, loss of appetite, swelling, inability to make concentrated urine, heart rhythm problems

Cherie,

I feel your pain with the fatigue, my friend! Try taking some Melatonin - it's found in the drugstores with the supplements. It will help you get some much needed rest without the hungover feeling of sleeping pills. The better rested you are, the better you'll lose. Hope you get some good quality ZZZzzzzzs soon!
